During the current year, Mr. Yeliseyev has been awarded the Outstanding Watercolor Award from FASO; first place in the Florida Watercolor Society’s Jim Carpenter Memorial Award; first place at the 2017 Adirondack Plein Air Festival; Best of Show at 2017 Mountain Maryland Plein Air; both Quick Draw Third Place and Public Choice awards in the Forgotten Coast Plein Air Invitational in May 2017; Best Architecture Award Olmstead Plein Air Invitational and he was awarded Signature Member status in the American Impressionist Society in 2016.

Vlad staged shows including Small Works Solo Exhibition at the Collectors Gallery in  Venice, FL; the Annual Spring Group Show, Troika Gallery, Easton, MD; Summer Tunes Solo Watercolor Exhibition, Sarasota, FL and Urban Thoughts, a Solo Watercolor Exhibition at Stakenborg Fine Art Gallery, Sarasota, FL.

Vlad is featured in the article Adirondacks Produce Winners, Naturally by A. Webster in Plein Air Today Magazine; in the article Three Stages of Free Expressions in Watercolor by Steve Doherty in PleinAir Magazine; in the article Everyday Poetry by B.J. Professional Affiliations
Mr. Yellieyev holds Signature Membership in the American Impressionist Society, the National Watercolor Society and the Florida Watercolor Society.  He was a Faculty Member and Demonstration Artist at the 2016 Plein Air Convention in Tucson, AZ.
