Ms. Rosen’s recent awards include Honorable Mention Award from Borrego Springs Invitational 2018; Artists Choice 2017 Brandywine Plein Air Painters; Adirondack Motel and Adirondack Life Awards from Adirondack Plein Air Festival (2017, 2018); numerous awards (Dueling Brushes Peoples Choice Award, Painting The Bay Peoples Choice Award and Paint the Avenue 3rd Place Award, Dueling Brushes: 3rd place and Nocturne: Juror's Choice Award) from the Annapolis Plein Air Festival (2017, 2018); Honorable Mention and Peoples Choice Awards from Bath County Plein Air Festival.

Cynthia’s 2018 Shows include “American Fauves- The Wild Ones”, Arts At Denver; “Kaleidoscope” and “Changing Horizons” at Helmholz Fine Art; Mountain Oyster Club Art Show; selected exhibits at Lake Placid Center For the Arts/Gallery 46 and the Southern Vermont Art Center with an upcoming solo show “Desertscapes” at the Desert Art Collection (CA).

Ms Rosen was invited to shoot an instructional video for Streamline Art Videos which was recently released (“Cynthia Rosen - Expressive Landscape Painting: Palette Knife in Plein Air and will be demonstrating as a faculty member at the Plein Air Convention and Expo (PACE 2019). Look for her at Borrego Springs Invitational and Olmstead Plein Air Invitationals in 2019 and the workshop she will be giving in Atlanta!
