Palden Hamilton

In 2018, Palden Hamilton was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in the Portrait Society of America's annual International Portrait Competition, and was a finalist in the Art Renewal Center Salon Competition.
The previous year, in 2017, Palden was awarded Grand Prize in the Solomons Plein Air Festival, Best Nocturn in Cape Ann Plein Air, and was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in the Portrait Society of America's annual International Portrait Competition.
Professional Affiliations
Palden is a member and former president of the Mid Atlantic Plain Air Painters Association. He teaches figure drawing at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
