Clarke participated in both 2014 Easton Plein Air and 2014 Plein Air Mt. Lebanon, Pittsburgh and was commissioned to paint both Harborfest and Neptune Festival posters for 2014.
Mr. Clarke’s awards include first place in the Williamsburg Plein Air 2014, first place in the Plein Air 757 of 2013, first place in the Historic Fort Monroe Plein Air Event also 2013 and 2012, as well as winning a Merit Award for Cape Charles Plein Air Exhibition and three-time winner of the Historic Forte Monroe Plein Air Exhibition.
